Balloon Setters

Tired of working weeks and months to raise money for your club or organization? Earn $300-$500 per day or up to $1,000 in one weekend!

What would our club be doing?

The broken balloon targets need to be replaced after each contestant's run. our club would be responsible for making sure the course has fresh targets. All necessary equipment will be provided by Wild Rice Peacemakers.

  • Replace the broken balloons

  • Blow up balloons with a compressor

  • Put balloons on the balloon sticks

  • Clean up the balloon fragments in the arena

Will our club be in danger?

NO! Safety is our number one priority.

  • Club members will never be in the arena when there are horses competing. CMSA requires that no one other than the Range Master be in the arena during competition.

  • Ammunition is made to only travel a maximum of 20 feet. Balloon setters are stationed in a location well out of the range of fire.

  • WRPM highly recommends hearing protection for all balloon setters.

How many members do we need?

  • We recommend 10-12 people minimum including 2 adults.

  • Working in shifts is best to save your energy throughout the shoot.

  • WRPM recommends wearing tennis shoes or other appropriate footwear to run through the arena. Most arenas are made up of deep sand footing.

  • Water will be provided throughout the shoot for all balloon setters.
